• Consultation  This initial stage is the first sit down meeting used to learn your thoughts and needs for your new website. A project plan will be designed, and a timetable will be set. Information will be collected on aspects of your company that you want on the website. Available graphics will



• Website Analysis  This stage will include a wireframe flow chart of the website. You, as the customer, will have the ability to add, move, or delete any pages as necessary. More information for each webpage will be acquired including text, graphics, copyrighting, and photos. At this stage, domain registration will be discussed and set up.


• Initial Design A full page mockup layout of the homepage is submitted for approval. Any changes to the layout will be made, and resubmitted to your company within 48 hours for approval. Upon approval of design a 50% deposit will be required. At this stage, server and hosting for your website will be discussed and set up.



• Website Development  All of the pages for the website will be designed. All information, photos, graphics will be incorporated into the website. An online working version of the website will be available to you as the website is developed.



• Website QA  At this stage the website is complete. Testing will begin to ensure all aspects of the website are accurate. Spell checking, link verification and search engine optimization will be completed.



• Website Completion  This is the final stage of your website. The website will be complete. All items will be turned over to you and your company. We will launch the site on the web. Email accounts will be set up as needed. A maintenance plan will be discussed and set up if needed.

If you are seriously interested in suceeding online, you must ensure that your website stays relevant. We offer a montly maintenance plan, or an hourly fee-based solution that suits your needs.

If you do not have a webspace provider we can provide you with a home for your website. Included with your hosting we include email set-up, hosting maintenance, and monthly website statistics.
