Do I have to pay upfront for website creation?
For website creation once we settle on what exactly you want produced we require a 50% deposit with the remaining due when all work is completed.
How long does it take to build a website?
It is really dependent on how much work is required and how large the project is. We will give a rough estimate on time required before starting any project.
Do you have your own servers?
No. We work with one of the best providers on the net to maximize services while minimizing cost.
Will you build me a site without hosting it?
Yes. We will build the site to your specifications. If you know your web address and email accounts we will program them into your website. We will test run your site on our server for you to inspect. The files will be burned to a CD/DVD with all applicable documentation and then turned over to you at completion.
Can you host my website and register my domain name?
Yes. We can either register it under your company name, or register it with ours. Your choice.
Can I use my current domain name?
Yes. Transferring domain names is easy with no extra fees.
Will I be able to review and suggest changes to my website prior to launch?
Yes.
Can I call any of your clients for testimonials?
Yes. If they have a way to contact them and you wish to do so. It is up to them as to whether they wish to discuss anything though.
