What areas do you serve?
For sercvice calls we support the Lee and Collier counties of Florida. For website creation and hosting, we support all 50 US states.
Do you offer after hours support?
Yes.
Do you do service on-site or off-site?
For service we will first try to repair on-site. If it can not be repaired on-site we can take it offsite to finish the repair. We only do this as a last resort. Most repairs can be completed on-site.
Do I have to pay upfront for service or website creation?
For service, no. For website creation once we settle on what exactly you want produced we require a 50% deposit with th remaining due when all work is completed.
How long does it take to build a website?
It is really dependent on how much work is required and how large the project is. We will give a rough estimate on time required before starting any project.
Do you have your own servers?
No. We work with one of the best providers on the net to maximize services while minimizing cost. At the same time we will manage your account at no additional costs to you. The only cost to you is the actual server costs which I think you will see is inexpensive for what you get.
Will you build me a site without hosting it?
Yes. We will build the site to your specifications. If you know your web address and email accounts we will program them into your website. We will test run your site on our server for you to inspect. We wil then remove it from the server. The files will be burned to a CD/DVD with all applicable documentation and then turned over to you at completion.
Can you host my website and register my domain name?
Yes. We can either register it under your company name, or register it with ours. Your choice.
Can I use my current domain name?

What is your hosting website www.SWFLAbiz.com?
SWFLAbiz.com is a website that we own. We are using it as an inexpensive way for southwest florida companies to have a website with minimal expenses. There are no domain registration fees. You can pick whatever name you would like for the domain. So if you own your company is called Sunshine Fishing your domain name could be sunshinefishing.swflabiz.com. We also plan to advertise on the website and at with local advertising.
Will I be able to review and suggest changes to my website prior to launch?
Yes. Trasnferring domain names is easy with no extra fees.
Can you help get us listed with search engines?
Depending on the hosting package you choose. The higher the package the more search engines are worked with.
Do you design adult websites?
No.
Can I call any of your clients for testimonials?
Yes. If they have a way to contact them and you wish to do so. It is up to them as to whether they wish to discu anything though..
How much to build a website?

How much for a service call?
At present, service calls are $59 per hour. One hour minimum. You will be billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. First responders (police, firefighters, and ems) and active duty military receive a 25% discount on all service manhours.
How can I pay you for service or website creation?
Cash, personal check, and credit cards accepted.
